“With pain in our hearts we have said goodbye today to one of the best 7 year old stallions of Holland”, Jeannette Benedict-Nijhof of the co-owning Team Nijhof said on her Facebook account.
Sjaak Sleiderink, rider at Jeroen Dubbeldam’s yard Stal De Sjiem, was very successful in the stallion competition and other competitions with the grand jumping son of Quintero. Alfonso Romo bred Breitling from Armonia la Silla, which was successful herself at Grand Prix level with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson. His sire Quintero also triomphed with Bengtsson.
Last year, Jeroen Dubbeldam’s tophorse Simon also moved to the stables of John en Beezie Madden.
